• Visit the official website: https://www.tspsc.gov.in
• Select the option "VETERINARY ASSISTANT SURGEON (CLASS-A & B) IN VETERINARY AND ANIMAL HUSBANDRY DEPARTMENT"
• Now its asks for TSPSC ID and Date of Birth. you get TSPSC ID once you do the One Time Registration(OTR) on TSPSC website.
• Once you give the TSPSC ID, it will take you to the portal with mostly prefilled data from OTR. 
• Fill the mandatory fields like the post you are applying etc.
• Submit once you provide the details
• Make the Fee payment
• The application will be registered successfully. Please take a print out for reference.
